Living the AI Era
As of today, AI has taken over the software community. Anthropic and somewhat OpenAI sit on top of programming community. I have been closely following this wave of AI. Mostly by following twitter accounts, blogs, and some youtube videos :)
In my opinion Claude has always been at top of shipping features and keeping people engaged. Everyday i wake up and find the first tweet in my feed to be of some cool feature built on top of claude by claude. TBH I believe the features getting tweeted by them was just an attempt of them gripping the community and not letting them go, and don’t take this the wrong way. I believe that claude code was one of the best products in AI that I have ever used till date. With skills, agents, harness and people building cool plugins on top of it, claude has come out to be a game changer.
I rarely code these days, I mean due to AI agents taking over and with their increasing context windows, they are really becoming SWE-1. The only bottleneck I see right now is the cost that incurs to train and use these agents, which will also be solved sooner (heard some folks are making some thermal chips to power AI training due to which costs will be down by 30x, can’t find that article at the moment)
At last, don’t ignore AI. It unlocks many doors. People are building multi million dollar companies with just a laptop and claude subscription now. We are entering a new and exciting era where we are now the superheroes.
Eventually, everybody will be in the creator economy.
